I hope you're having a wonderful summer. I look forward to meeting all the children and having a fantastic school year.
Below, you will find some helpful information for 2nd Grade.
All 2nd grade parents should sign up for my “Remind Class" app. If you have not signed up, please do so immediately. I use this app to communicate with parents, so it is important that you sign up.
We will have a “2nd grade early school supply drop-off” on Monday, August 31st, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For your convenience, all supplies may be brought to the 2nd grade classroom during this time. If you cannot make this date and time, please send your child’s supplies with them on the first day of school. Please do NOT leave any supplies in the school foyer. Feel free to bring your child’s “All About Me Bag” and Book Report to the early drop-off as well.
Our uniform schedule is as follows:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays: Regular Uniform
Wednesdays and Thursdays: Gym Uniform
Students should come to school with a water bottle and a snack daily. Please do not send in any food that contains tree nuts or peanuts.
I will provide a blue "Homework Folder" that your child will come home with daily. Please make sure you check and return the folder daily. It contains all important information and homework. Homework will begin on Tuesday, September 8th.
